Quality Interior Painting
From the moment we enter a client’s property, we go the distance to take the same special care of your property, from start to finish that we would in our own home. We take pride in creating a job-site that is respectful to you and your home, free of mess, extreme noise or loud music. You’ll find that we begin with the process for paint removal, where the professional staff takes the time to properly prepare each surface being painted as well as cover and protect the surfaces that won’t be painted. We also thoroughly clean the job-site each day, leaving no trace of paint cloths, tools or wet paint in areas unmarked. At Aurora Painting Pros we pride ourselves in providing you with the finest painting services in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. We have over 20 years of experience in painting the interiors and exteriors of beautiful, timeless homes; as well as numerous well-known commercial properties. You can be confident in our staff and the level of craftsmanship that we offer. When it comes to the best we utilize every resource possible to ensure the most flawless execution of absolutely any interior painting project there is. We are known for our respectful and timely crews that work around your schedule. We leave you with a clean space daily, so that we do not interrupt you life, in and around your home during the project. We want to make the project as easy as possible for you to manage while having us in your home. The Interior Painting Process:
We begin the process with the Initial Consultation, which is 100% free of charge. This is where we’ll take the time to sit down with you to determine your exact needs, as well as the scope and the timeline for the project. Our estimates on average will take anywhere between 30 and 60 minutes, as this all depends of the size and details involved in the project. Next is what we call the Bidding Process.. This is where we’ll provide you with the printed hard copy of what we discussed during the initial consultation. This will stand as the quote and contract. It will include all the necessary details and spell out the full scope of the project in detail. The contract price would include all materials, paint, labor and equipment to complete the specified project. If any changes are needed a new contract will be delivered to the client, and would be approved in writing before moving forward with the job. The next step is Scheduling Your Project. Once we have the clients approval and signed contract we will be in touch to schedule the start date to begin the project. You would have the option to work with our interior specialists and color consultants. Once we nail down a schedule we can work out the details with the crew about the job-site; when the work will begin, and where exactly the best storage space is for tools and necessary equipment for the duration of the project. Before we begin any preparation work let’s talk about Protecting Your Home. We are incredibly careful when it comes to protecting you belongings from paint and dust during the project. Our interior painters would work to move all furniture and large pieces to the center of the room so that they may be covered during the project. We also protect the floors with canvas drop cloths. Each switch plate is carefully removed and properly labeled, and every light fixture is cared for and protected through the use of painters tape for covered in plastic. Preparation is key when it comes to anything you strive for excellence in the execution. We take the time needed to properly prepare the walls, ceilings, doors, trim, molding and anything additional that the job requires. The standard preparation work includes paint removal, as well as any necessary sanding and scraping of loose or falling paint. Patching of nail holes or imperfections on walls, ceilings and door frames. All bare wood would also be primed before painting. During the Painting process we use a combination of tools (sprays, rollers, and brushes) to execute your interior paint job. We guarantee clear, clean lines and a smooth finish. The Clean Up is extremely important. We work as we go to keep the job site clean and organized within the space so that the clean up process is a breeze. The major clean up will take place once the job is entirely complete. The Final Inspection is done once we complete all of the interior paint work. Upon completion we will contact you. Once you express complete satisfaction with our work, we would collect the payment. Additionally, any remaining paint is labeled to be stored in your home, in the event that you would need a future touch up or colors match. We also invite you to complete our customer survey! |
